With the slight difference between Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we at Empire, have separate classes to teach the finer details of both. With a slight change of rules and lack of heavy clothing the dynamics change. In these lessons we will take you from the basics through to more complicated techniques
We offer female only classes, where both beginners and seasoned practitioners can train together. These lessons take place in a separate private matted areas
