Stu is a great motivator with strength & conditioning being one of his passions.
He has a wealth of Martial Arts experience.
His training started back in 2000 with Kickboxing, Judo, Wing Chun Kungfu and weapons training.
Stu runs striking/family fitness classes Monday’s 6am, Thursday’s 5pm & Saturday’s 7am
