Below is one of our juniors Nigel. Nigel has been training with us since February 2013 and has made an amazing body and attitude transformation. Early November he won gold at the Q.L.D open BJJ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition. He’s a great kid and more than happy to help other children in the gym.
